Metaphysical Pilates
Logo, visual identity
Metaphysical Pilates is a Chicago–based pilates studio combining the physical practice with metaphysics, meditation and breathwork.
The identity needed to express that duality: a grounded, physical practice with a more spiritual dimension running through it.
The logo is based on the Ouroboros, an ancient symbol of renewal and transformation, reflecting the cyclical nature of pilates. Its circular form reinforces this idea, resulting in an identity that feels considered and harmonious.
Colours inspired by jade bring associations of tranquility, nourishment, and purification, paired with the natural warmth of Pantone 7604.
