Brand identity design
From a single logo mark to a more comprehensive brand identity system. This is my speciality. Logos can be designed from scratch for new companies or ventures, and refined or updated for established firms where improvements can be made while retaining brand equity.
Accompanying identity guidelines keep your visual brand consistent across all applications, and can inspire brand development and growth. A strong set of guidelines should act as a benchmark and framework for creative expression.

In 2008 and 2010 I launched my two design blogs Logo Design Love & Identity Designed. They resulted in publishing deals to write their accompanying books, and their pages now get millions of views each year.
The Logo Design Love book was first published in 2009. It’s now available in thirteen languages, an expanded edition (2014), and is listed as recommended reading on college design programmes around the world.
The Identity Designed book was published in 2019, and in the words of Adobe’s principal designer, Khoi Vinh, it’s, “Not just beautifully designed, but also beautiful in its depth and detail about the identity design process.”
