San Serriffe

San Serriffe

“Tourists fortunate enough to be permitted to visit the Flong settlements of San Serriffe during the summer solstice will be rewarded by the colourful spectacle of the Gallee sect stamping and shrieking in unison in the Dance of the Pied Slugs.”

Quoted on The Guardian, a few years before my first birthday.

  1. Cute. This can be a real place, right? I would love to go there if it was but kinda doubt it. Plan on googleing it soon.

  2. As i never heard of San Serriffe, the first thing i did was to google for pictures. Weird thing, i found pictures of Nixon, Pinocchio and a lot of nonsense. So please shot as much pictures as possible, post them and Enjoy your holiday!

  3. Haha, I just read up on the article. I like the idea of the semicolon shaped islands.
