Pharma ads from decades past

There’s an intersting collection of pharamceutical print ads from the 50s, 60s and 70s over at ex-novo’s Espacios publicitarios album.

I’m just showing one example here. The typography could be improved upon but I think you’ll agree that it’s a nice idea.

  1. Nice find. Funny you mention the type, I’m noticing a re-homogenization of styles again in print. Seems this is the new student style in typography.

  2. Hi Marc, I quite like the typography style, aligned to the pill. It’s just the clarity of the text directly beneath the bread that bugs me. Why not move it closer to the foot? Thanks for commenting.
