As a designer i feel that we need to ask questions you mentioned aove even if the hiring people forget about them because it is somewhat the designers responsibility also to see if the company  the right choice for them.</description>

I'm working as CEO, and I hiring designers is part of my Job. This artcile is very well written, and always remember one thing : when hiring a designer, You do not hire a one stop ressource, what I mean is the designer is going to learn with you, in your company, so don't be afraid to teach him new stuff related to your way of doing thing.

A good designer is one who works like the company needs!
