My FAQ page is one of the first things I want potential clients to read. The answers give a very quick overview of what to expect when working with me.
Questionnaire
I’ll then send a Word document containing a short questionnaire. The answers help to form the basis of a design brief, and also give a picture of what specific design elements are needed. After that I'll generally followup with a few more questions before preparing a quote. You can see what questions I ask in my second book.
Terms and conditions
My quote’s are accompanied by a link to my terms and conditions. This page helps clients understand how the working relationship will pan-out if they decide to hire me.
